Account data

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and organisation name. If you subscribe to a paid plan we also collect billing details (processed by our payment provider).

Usage data

We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, design scores generated, and device/browser information.

Website analysis data

When you submit a URL for scoring, we crawl the publicly available content of that page. We do not access password-protected or private content.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Saatch service, including design scoring and leaderboard rankings
• To process your transactions and manage your subscription
• To send you service-related communications
• To improve and personalise your experience
• To compile anonymised, aggregated design benchmarks

• Contract: Processing necessary to perform our contract with you

Design scores on the public leaderboard display the scored URL and score; no personal account data is revealed unless you opt in.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days for backup purposes, then securely delete it. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Publicly submitted design scores may remain on the leaderboard indefinitely.
