Terms of Service

By accessing or using Saatch (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AIORAS TECHNOLOGY LTD (Company No. 16037096), registered at 4th Floor Office, 205 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 4HB, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

1. The Service

Saatch is an AI creative director platform that provides design scoring, benchmarking, and leaderboard ranking across websites. The Platform is provided "as is" and we may update features, pricing, or functionality at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyse in bulk
• Attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or leaderboard positions
• Scrape or bulk-download design scores or leaderboard data
• Upload or transmit malicious code or illegal material
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Design Scores & Leaderboard

Design scores are generated by AI analysis and are intended as benchmarks, not definitive design judgements. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any score. Public leaderboard entries may be visible to all users. You may request removal of your site from the leaderboard at any time.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, scoring algorithms, code, and documentation are owned by AIORAS TECHNOLOGY LTD. You retain ownership of the websites you submit for analysis. Design scores generated by the Platform are licensed to you for your use but may also be displayed publicly on the leaderboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
